Really bad transcription, expensive and difficult to find where to cancell

The good news is, I think the transcription feature works. The bad news is, it never succeeds in staying installed, or keeping a log-in. May I have a refund?

I should have read the reviews first. Despite paying for the monthly subscription, I cannot sign into the Transcription Studio, which means I can only use demo mode. Don't waste your money.

Avoid, customer service haven't got in touch despite 2 requests

with every piece of music it will stuck with 68% without showing any kind of score. This is a scam. I want back the payment.

BUT, still stuck in demo mode… and no link share by the support to help me resolve my problem...

As others have stated… this is not doing as advertised. Stuck in demo mode and this is found wanting. They have a great website, but, this is dumb… I purchased and downloaded excpecting a product as advertised. If it has glitches and hasn’t been tested, don’t sell it. Come on, do better. I want a refund NOW!

Despite purchasing the app continues to only allow me to do demo transcriptions, a feature available for free. What exactly am I paying for if the app (as downloaded and launched from MuseHub after paying) acts as if I haven't subscribed/purchased anything. Extremely frustrating. On the transcriptions themselves, don't expect too much. Similar to other transcription apps I've used (e.g., AudioScore)

Only transcribed in demo mode in spite of purchasing a subscription. Transcriptions are inaccurate and incomplete. Very unhappy with this purchase.

I agree with other comments that the quality of the transcription is not 100% accurate, but it’s usable. Only thing is that, after paying the full year, it only transcribed 1 full song, and everything else after that is in demo version, unusable. I’m hoping customer service can help.

Ist’s incredibly inaccurate, it doesn’t work at all to be honest. I find even disrespectful to charge a dime for the program. Don’t waste your money nor your time
