To capture the full dynamic and emotional range of the human voice, we recorded 40 professional singers performing expressive sustains and true legato intervals across a variety of vowels, both with and without vibrato. We also captured biting staccatos and staccatissimos, as well as forceful marcatos, all with a wide dynamic range from the softest pianissimo to the loudest fortissimo.
