Free Vienna Bass Trombones Reviews

The basic sound is of good quality, but the package is missing fundamental features, and there are significant problems with articulations. It's remarkable they (usually) charge money for it. Pros: - big, rich sound, with decent dynamic range. - straight mute tone supported. Cons: - glissando not supported. On a trombone? What were they thinking? - no cup mute or harmon mute tones. - staccato articulations are far too loud. - marcato accents sound the same as standard accents (same length, no more bite). - the default playback style is very sloppy, with both non-articulated and consecutive tenuto notes are often very heavily slurred, unless the "non-legato" widget is applied.

Very high quality for a free offering - decent all-around trombone library, but the middle and low registers really pop here.

The Vienna Bass Trombones deliver a powerful, crisp tone with an expansive dynamic range, remarkable articulation integration, and a well-balanced sound. Compared to the free Muse Bass Trombones, the Vienna Bass Trombones are more powerful and riveting, with more brassy treble frequencies when playing Fortissimo.

This is awesome. Even though it's free, I promise that when I get paid, I will buy other Vienna Sounds. The sound is great, powerful, aggressive, and resonant.

Also i think the bass trombone (imo) is really harsh sound (compared to real life bass trombones so i will give this a 9.9/10 and i will give it a 10/10 f it was fixed

This instrument will come quite in handy for some of my musical works! :-)

Excelente calidad en las dinámicas.

The bass trombones themselves sound great, it's bombastic and very powerful. When there were concerns about glitches, you took care of them right away (same thing with brass). Vienna is going to be my new top library series. Just one thing, it would be awesome if you added a Vienna Choir! Voxos is like fifteen years old and it has glitches and Chorus does not sound good at all, it would be a great opportunity for you.

As the review states, big and bold! No issues and no complaints, great for action scenes. Definitely adding this to my MuseScore template ^^
