In this course, Larry Holcombe demonstrates how various AI platforms and plugins can assist with generating new ideas, reshaping existing material, and accelerating the creative process. The course begins with generating song snippets in Udio and expanding them into fuller arrangements with additional sections such as intros and bridges. You’ll then explore Udio’s Remix feature for reworking existing material and exporting stereo WAV files or individual stems. Additional lessons include generating beats in Logic Pro using Serato Sample, writing lyrics with ChatGPT, creating arrangement ideas, re-performing vocals and altering their tone and character, separating stems using three different methods, adjusting synth sounds with SynthGPT, composing with the Captain Plugins suite, and remixing tracks. By the end, you’ll understand how these AI tools can be incorporated into different stages of music production, from idea generation to arrangement and remixing.
