cannot launch Tonebridge. Says Tone Bridge owned. Cant see or find it on my PC

It crashes very frequently… when will thus be fixed?

Everytime I use the search feature to find a specific song or artist, the application crashes every single time without fail. Uninstalled and Reinstalled several times but still does not work. Please fix.
