Initial Library Release

Description

Introducing Muse Pipe Organ - a deep sampled pipe organ library by Muse Sounds that brings the most common stops and registrations of a cathedral pipe organ into your score. Great care and attention to detail was given to this library. Every pipe was sampled note for note with multiple microphone perspectives (close, Decca tree, ambisonic, binaural, spaced omni and hall) using the finest audio converters and microphones we could get our hands on. Each sample was then blended into the stereo pair that you hear in the library. Every note has a true release sample that maintains the spacious reverb in the tail of the sound, unifying the sound. The results are truly stunning with a host of registrations that are sure to inspire your compositions and arrangements. Made with ❤️ by Muse.

The Muse Pipe Organ sounds very nice, however, some of the presets are far too quiet. One example is the Choir Gedect preset. Make sure to fix this in the next update.

I'm impressed. This is one of Muse's best libraries. The organ is perfectly recorded, the audio levels are good and the presets are easy to use. The presets with swell are very useful to balance the organ sounds. When I replaced this organ with what I used to compose my score, the only problem I had was this organ does not play below C2, so I had to move some of the pedal notes up an octave. The pedal still sounds great without 32' pipes. You can't do better for the price of this library.

I like the list of the organ stops, you did a really good job in putting them in, but why can't you just put in every individual stop? It would make my organ music sound better that way. Please, put in every individual stop from the organ.

Pipe organ has large arsenal of stops. Plenum is powerful and sounds great. Only issue I have is that dynamics have to be adjusted manually with the presets, which is something Union Chapel Organ has an advantage over. If it's ever possible, full dynamic implementation like Spitfire Audio's organ would be cool to see.

nvm, I take what I said, I removed my negative comment as promised, Musescore was just tweaking a bit.

We certainly accorded to say that the default Musescore organ sound is so worst. So this VST is the best ! We can choose registration and have a great sound. Of course it is a little bit "artificial" because it is a computer who's playing but it permite to have a more credible sound to compose etc. (the default sound is so until…). Nevertheless, i think it could be pretty better if we could change the text on the sheet because the titles of registers are so long and not really "organisticaly" traditional. A really great VST that I didn't hesite to buy !
