I will say before I tried for a good bit to find answers, I looked online and read some comments though none of them had instructions- right now the it really just isn't working which is a bummer since it looked pretty cool;
I am hoping that mysterious Tom may help though

Don't bother wasting your money. It says its incompatible with Audacity, even though it promises to work. A scam.

Worked once and since then is disabled by Audacity because it is "incompatible". I've sent several messages to customer service and haven't heard back.

Great service. Had a small issue which the creator went out of his way to contact me to help resolve. Great product!

I installed it and when it works, it works well. But it would intermittently turn off all sound and I have to start everything over and re-add the effect to get it to work again. I reached out to customer support and did not hear back from them. Unfortunate.

i bought, tried to use, Audacity says incompatible. wrote to customer support. Got in contact with Tom, found a workaround. He was very nice! I hope the issue gets fixed in the future!

Loved the trial version and just had to purchase the full version. I had a bit of problems between audacity and mushub but Tom from Soap was able to help quickly. Great customer service!!!
