Audacity states that it has disabled this as it is not compatible. Any chance someone can help me sort this out please?

I will say before I tried for a good bit to find answers, I looked online and read some comments though none of them had instructions- right now the it really just isn't working which is a bummer since it looked pretty cool; I am hoping that mysterious Tom may help though

Don't bother wasting your money. It says its incompatible with Audacity, even though it promises to work. A scam.

Worked once and since then is disabled by Audacity because it is "incompatible". I've sent several messages to customer service and haven't heard back.

Great service. Had a small issue which the creator went out of his way to contact me to help resolve. Great product!

I installed it and when it works, it works well. But it would intermittently turn off all sound and I have to start everything over and re-add the effect to get it to work again. I reached out to customer support and did not hear back from them. Unfortunate.

i bought, tried to use, Audacity says incompatible. wrote to customer support. Got in contact with Tom, found a workaround. He was very nice! I hope the issue gets fixed in the future!

Loved the trial version and just had to purchase the full version. I had a bit of problems between audacity and mushub but Tom from Soap was able to help quickly. Great customer service!!!

If you encounter a problem with the plugin installation, maybe the support email adress is not the better way to get a quick assistance. Come here, and you'll get a follow up in a minute. Thank you, Tom.

Update: I was reached by the team and after a few iterations the plugin works. So i am changing the review - and i am happy it gas, because otherwise this is a really coo tool! really happy with it ———— I paid 60 dollars for this product, downloaded it vai musehub but i still get an error. I am so frustrated and disapponted. There is no intallation guide anywhere, very frustrating too

UPDATED: After being unable to import the tool I was very frustrated and left a 1 star review. Tom immediately reached out and set an appointment to walk me through the install. He would have done it immediately but I have a very tight schedule so he worked around that. In spite of me being completely technically inept, Tom was able to help me get it imported with ease. Thank you Tom from Soap Cleaner! 5 star customer service!

Shame on Musehub for peddling such a useless plugin. $60 for nothing.

Sorry, there is nothing I can recommend about this app. manual adjustments o=inside Audacity work much better. The app is hard to read & makes no difference. Don't waste yoyur money

I don't have a ton of experience with audio mixing and this was a real game changer for me. Super intuitive and easy to use. Made my podcast sound much more professional. Works really well with audacity.

I run RX-7 to remove car/street noise and then this beauty and that's it. Export straight to the submissions page on all my voice-over and podcast work.

Does what I need it to do! Podcast vocals made easy
