Don't download it in C: or you cannot open it.

I've been trying to download this for weeks. I purchased it and have been unable to use it. I've submitted several tickets to MuseHub support and get the automated "We've received your request. We'll get back to you within 48 hours." I have STILL NOT heard anything about how to receive my purchase.

Partner Response: Hello, please reach out to our support via support@halbestunde.com. We will take care of this issue.

I did have problems getting onto it at first - the same issue everyone has been talking about in reviews about authentication - but when I did manage to get in and try it I found it to be much more accurate than the native converter in musescore. A lot less edits needed to make the part useable than the alternative from Musescore.

Please, for the love of god learn your thing recognize the drum notes. I paid for this to extract the drum part while being on a tight deadline (the sibelius project file was lost forever) and it feels like I wasted my money..

Partner Response: Hey, we don't currently recognize any drum notes, but that will be added soon!

This has just saved me an ungodly amount of time! Seems to produce very few errors when working from nice clean pdf files. I've only picked up one error in 5 pages so far! These were scored for piano and flute, with the flute parts being for beginners and the piano at around intermediate level, so not super complex but also not the simplest thing I could give it. This will save me a tonne of time transposing parts for different instruments, and I'm interested to see how well it handles more complex scores too. Understandably a couple of errors when I fed it a photo of a 1-page piano score (beginner music, nothing complex!) in jpg format, but still did a good job on that overall, and still heaps quicker to fix those errors than it would have been to manually notate it myself. It didn't pick up anything at all from a photo in png format even though it was similar quality (to human eyes) to the jpg, but that's not an issue for me.

I like the results that Halbestunde produces, but I am sometimes annoyed by the GUI, especially when I try to process many files in a row. For example, why doesn't it suggest a file name when saving based on the PDF file name?

Nice and fast support! Really appreciate that

Works well I tested it with an orchestral score containing numerous tuplets, polyrhythms, meter changes, and time and key signature changes. It recognized most notes (approximately 97-99%). HOWEVER, although it recognized some tuplets, it didn’t recognize most of them, so, polyrythms were pretty much gone, as well as some time signature changes, dynamics and some minor indications. Therefore, some editing is neccesary in order to achieve a good result, at least with complex orchestral music. Can’t wait to use it for work and school! Looking forward to further updates, so far it’s good for an early version

When i have a score with more then 1 Instrument it takes me forever to trasnscripe. This is really some nice short-cut

With this fair price, this tool comes with everything you need for a fast result. Also the support is fast and friendly, so that’s also a very big plus!

corrupt-bison215

Not many features besides the scanning and download. But for the price i think thats okay. Would be great tho if more features would be added

I was impressed that it even worked when the qualilty of the pdf was really not good. My expereince with past scanning tools is that they break mostly when not uploading super clean PDFs

Lola

I tried many different applications. This is the most accurate i came across yet

Its really annoying that it takes so long do digatize long pdfs. But i will overlook that ( i hope it will be improved tho) since the conversion if farily accurate. Still annoying
