Description

Berlin Brass Muse Sounds Edition is an incredibly detailed library of solo and ensemble orchestral brass. All instruments were carefully recorded at the same natural gain levels, with musicians located in traditional orchestra seating positions. Everything blends naturally, in perfect balance. You gain a true, authentic, and immediate representation of your composition, right out of the box.

4 individual horns, and ensemble
3 individual trumpets, and ensemble
2 tenor trombones
1 Bass Trombone
Trombone ensemble
Tuba

Honestly I don’t use brass THAT much but regular MuseBrass kinda sucks (even the horns) so this is REALLY worth it, and now I actually use trumpet.

I love the sound of this library, one of the things that should be improved is the Trombone Glissandos.

There aren't any muted samples, but I, a trumpet player, have to say that the trumpets are the best sampled trumpets I have ever heard.

I really like this library but i would like to warn people buying over a few small things. One, the accents are REALLY heavy. And two, some instruments in specific rythms almost drag a lot, yet i did find this to be the case with all the other Orchestral tools’ libraries. If its in atleast a decent sized ensemble it likely wont be noticed. Overall, this library and the rest of Orchestral tools’ libraries are amazing

Trombones could use some work, and I wish the glissandi worked. I would recommend turning the default reverb down a bit, but great other than that. In my opinion this has the best trumpet sound you could get out of any of these packs right now. I also love the individualized horns, however I wish they had the same features as the "horn section." Would definitely recommend.

Trombones have a really authentic sound. Trumpets are really bright. Honestly beautiful! :)

For 20 dollars, you only get basic techniques. The articulations are really weird... Accent plays like staccatissimo, and there are no muted parts. Also, no glissandi for trombones as is shown in the video. There's no way I found to get a really brassy sound on sustained notes. Accents are the closest, but they just sound like disgusting stabs and don't even sustain after the attack as if they're staccato when they're not. A little disappointed to have spent 20 dollars on this, but most of the sound is nice at least.

I cannot use trombones as they are two far in the mix, the attack is too slow. I have to use the musecore ones. Instead, the trumpet is better than muscscore one, in my point of view.

An amazing improvement in sound quality compared to the default soundfonts of MuseScore. But need more instruments for example Euphonium and Saxs are still missing.

I like this VST a lot, but I just wish that mutes were added. Or stopped horns for that matter. Also, there are some dynamics bugs in the horns which may need to be patched.
