It wouldn't download even after 10 times. It kept on saying there is an error
These sounds are waaay better than the default MS midi. However, I am missing my alto, greatbass, and contrabass clarinets, which is kinda sad (I'd still recommend it though)
Really amazing for free sounds
All the sounds that this plugin has to offer are utterly perfect. My only problem is that the music pack lacks the sound of a contrabass clarinet, as sound that I have been eagerly searching for.
This is such a great improvement from the standard sounds! Thank you so much for fixing the issue with Musesounds.
I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who sees these bugs, so I know it's not a computer issue. I can't even see these sounds in the mixer, even though I own them and downloaded them, so all the exports I make now sound terrible because the MS Basic pack sucks.
I've used it before and it's great, but for some reason it doesn't show up as an option in the mixer, even though I own it according to both Musehub and Chrome.
A good ensemble; the woodwinds alone will make you a lovely score - if you don't mind doing a lot of work (playing with the mixer, adding tons of unecessary notations…), because the woodwinds have zero personality by default, so give them one! And don't forget: it's free, so don't complain too hard...

Have tried downloading this (& other musesounds) at least 3 times recently, each time gets under 30 seconds to go then the freezes.
The fact that is is free still blows my mind. This can only become better with time... add a 2nd clarinet, oboe and so on when you can!
Tried to download it multiple times without success. keeps on indicating unknown error has occurred.
I just wanted to make sure the only good woodwind instrument sounded good.
It's definitely good, however oboe and bassoon volume are extremely different. I need to use the mixer constantly.
I really like Muse Woodwinds! The sound quality and range of instruments are impressive. However, when it comes to writing for concert band, jazz band, or contemporary music, this pack feels a bit limited. I would love to see orchestral saxophones added, along with both jazz and orchestral bass saxophones. Additionally, including jazz clarinet and flute would enhance the pack significantly. For concert band, instruments like Eb alto clarinet, contrabass clarinet, and the previously mentioned classical saxophones would be great additions, as well as the euphonium for Muse Brass. Another suggestion is to add the recorder; I believe Sarah Jefferey from TeamRecorder could assist with that. In conclusion, while this product is overall great, these additions could make it even better!

Somehow even with all the paid MuseSounds, this still has the widest instrument selection. It's the only MuseSounds library with saxophones, for example. This is a seriously impressive library, especially given the fact that it's free. I don't think there's a better library anywhere near this price.
Let's add more instruments like Bass Oboe, Contrabass Clarinet, and Section woodwinds for each instrument because for Concert band work we need the section sounds

For a free product, its very solid. Sound quality is decent, even though the bassoon needs some work. It performs its duties as a woodwinds library.
Since 2 years, i've been using muse sound, and i can say this is the best soundfont of all i've ever heard on musescore ! The instruments are all well balanced, have all an incredible sound ! + All the update they get kept getting them better. 11/10
I Feel like there should be more bass instruments like Bass Sax and Contrabass Clarinet. but other than That this is pretty good
I love this sound pack for the most part. The one little quibble I have with it is that staccato for the flutes is nearly inaudible at quiet dynamics. I would expect the staccato to be quiet, but not almost inaudibly quiet.
